Brave Little Babe-O

I owed Babe-O a date for her much improved classroom participation. She has been challenging herself to raise her hand and to get up in front of the class. She picked bowling, the arcade and, of course, Pizza Hut.

I made some "fishy" paella. I was craving crab legs and mussels. Peach thought it was funny, "Mommy, dad just bought legs and muscles!"

We decided to head up to Bear Lake for the weekend. It is cold but we ventured outside for a bit.

One of my friends (Greg) was in town this week so we met up for dinner. He just got married a few months ago so its funny to hear about his first year of marriage while we just celebrated twelve. I really need to stop wearing this red shirt on Tuesdays. I really do own more than one shirt, its just my favorite.

World's Best Chicken Fingers

I love this place. We took the kids here last week too. $6 you get three chicken fingers, texas toast, coleslaw (also the bomb), fries and a drink. Boo-Yah! I try to eat here once a week followed by a generous portion in the fitness center of course.

My Bubba

Bubba knows when I am leaving for the week. He would not let go of me today. It was really hard to leave.

Like father, like son I guess. I couldn't stop laughing when Bubba reached for his sippy cup. He finally got it after several attempts.

I get sick of tired of trying to remember where I parked. I finally got with the program. Every time I park I take a picture of the parking sign. Works like a champ.

The New York New York Hotel has a great place for the kids to have some fun. We hung out in the arcade for a while and had a great time.

I'll Show You Irony

Charlie Hustle (Pete Rose) was signing autographs in a Sports Memorabilia store in the Forum Shoppes at Caesar's Palace. He would only sign if you bought something ($70 minimum) from the store. Pete has been banned from baseball because he bet on baseball while managing in the big leagues. Yet here he is signing baseballs to make a living. Yeah, I'll take a heaping portion of irony with a side order of sell out.

Bubba found a giant red ball at the entrance to the Target Store. He was in heaven and wouldn't let go.

Swing Shift At The Toy Store

We ran out of money so Cutie picked up a swing shift to pay for the toys. Just kidding mom and dad. Please don't send any money.

We stopped at the funnest toy store on the planet. The kids loved playing on the giant piano.

Benihana

We ate at the Benihana (LV Hilton) tonight and enjoyed ourselves. The kids nearly jumped out of their seat when the chef created the famous volcano onion. By the time things really got heated up Peach was snuggled up next to her Mommy.

The Best Day Ever!

We found a cool nail art kit at the Vegas Outlet Center. After a fun time in the pool tonight I painted the girls nails. (even Amy's). Our nail parties just went to the next level. Now we can do hearts, stars and even Hello Kitty.

Peach's Favorite Movie

Peach loved seeing the Lion Habitat at the MGM Grand. She found the M & M's and perched herself on the ledge.

Nice Day For a Plane Ride

I am so happy to have my family with me in Vegas this week! For once I really looked forward to the commute. Eveyone was so good on the plane. Right now the girls are swimming while Bubba takes a nap.

We went for a drive the other day and Bubba slept like a rock. He was so tired that he fell asleep with a large sucker in his mouth.

Pre-Game Ritual

The girls were at their best today. Here is the pre-game warm up ritual. This rigid Lego Star Wars drill helps them focus and prepares them for proper breathing during their soccer games. Yeah, right.

I really do not like the color purple. And I am not referring to the Oprah Winfrey movie. Even my towels are purple.
